Can I use more than one promo code on an order?
Due to the extra amount of care and effort that goes into the packing and shipping of international orders we are unable to accept coupons for international orders. If your order subtotal is over $75, then you qualify for Free Economy Shipping!
When will my order ship?
Orders with Standard and Expedited shipping can take up to 3 business days to be processed and shipped. If additional processing time is needed, our Customer Care team will reach out regarding any delays. Please note the day your order is packed and shipped is not counted as a day in transit. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 24 business hours of shipment.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Due to the impact of COVID-19, shipping carriers are not able to guarantee delivery dates at this time. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded if your order does not arrive in the estimated delivery window. If your order subtotal is over $75, then you qualify for Free Standard Shipping!
STANDARD SHIPPING
Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $5.99. All Standard Shipping orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days and arrive in 12-22 days. Delivery days are Monday through Friday, and orders will not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Original shipping is non-refundable once shipped. All currency is listed in USD.
Expedited SHIPPING
Priority Shipping is a flat rate of $20. All Priority Shipping orders confirmed before 10:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification. Orders placed after 10:00 AM PST (1 PM EST) will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 10:00 AM PST (1 PM EST) will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays). All Priority Shipping orders typically arrive within 9-13 days. To determine shipping days, begin with the first business day after your order is shipped. Original shipping is non-refundable once shipped. All currency is listed in USD. Large orders may be assessed additional shipping charges due to weight and size limitations. If your order requires additional shipping and handling charges, you will be contacted to approve them before we ship your order.
Can I change my shipping address once my order is placed?

Will I be charged for items shipped separately?
You will be charged a flat rate for shipping and handling for each order placed.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships from our warehouse, we send a confirmation email containing your tracking number (if applicable). To track your package, simply enter your tracking number on the website, here.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
White Lily Enterprises (Roving Mode) is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
What is Roving Mode 15-days return & Exchange policy? How does it work?
Roving Mode’s 15-days returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from the website for any reason within 15 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.
Kindly note, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please also note that we only offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternate product, we suggest that you return it and purchase the new item separately.
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to our 15-days Return & Exchange Policy:
- All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact (e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box).
- We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Roving Mode’s website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
- Please note that we do not refund the shipping or COD charges incurred by you.
- The exchange policy allows for only size exchanges.
- If you self-ship your return/exchange, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service. A fixed amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed subject to the return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy
- Please allow 24 hours post-delivery of your order for your order status to be updated in your Roving Mode account.
- Please check the items, type of return/exchange, and other related details carefully. Our courier partner will pick up only the items mentioned at the time of submitting the return/exchange request by you
- In case the items handed over to the courier person don't match the details of the items mentioned in the return/exchange request, we will conduct an internal probe and get back to you accordingly
- If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return
How do I return products purchased from Roving Mode?
You can return products within 15 days of receiving the product. Please follow these steps -
- Click on 'Return’ under the “My Orders” section of the Roving Mode Website and follow the instructions. Please make a note of the Return ID that is generated at the end of the process.
- Please note, if the mode of payment for the order was Cash on Delivery, you have the option to get the money refunded to a bank account of your choice. If you choose a bank transfer, please ensure the bank account details you enter are accurate and complete. White Lily Enterprises will not validate a bank account number and will not be responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient.
- 3.We offer a pick-up facility in select locations basis our courier serviceability. If you select to schedule a pick-up, please place the product(s) in a packet. The product(s) must be unused, unwashed and all the tags should be intact. We will pick up the return within 1 - 3 business days from the request placement date. Keep the packet ready to expedite the return pickup.
- If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product(s) to us by any reliable courier service within 7 days of raising a return request. Please pack the product(s) and ensure that it is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Please do mention the Order No. and Return ID on a piece of paper and place it in the packet. How do I place an exchange request on Roving Mode?
If you want to exchange products purchased from Roving Mode, please follow the below-mentioned steps:
- 1.You can create an exchange request for products within 15 days of its delivery under the “My Orders” section.
- 2.We offer a pick-up facility in select locations basis our courier serviceability. If you select to schedule a pick-up, please place the product(s) in a packet. The product(s) must be unused, unwashed and all the tags should be intact. We will pick up the exchange within 1 - 3 business days from the exchange request placement date.
- 3.Once your product is picked, the exchange process will be initiated within 24-48 business hours. A new product in the size you requested will be dispatched to you in the following 48-72 business hours.
- 5.If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product(s) to us by any reliable courier service within 7 days of raising an exchange request. Please pack the product(s) and ensure that it is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Please do mention the Order No. and Exchange ID on a piece of paper and place it in the packet. - Please note that if the exchange size is not available at our warehouse, we will contact you to convert your return into store credit or refund, as per your preference.
- In case you face any size issue with the exchanged product as well, please note that we will not provide a further exchange. You may self-ship the exchange back to us, and we will process store credit/refund for the same (excluding Shipping and/or COD charges) as per your preference.
