WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We ship your order within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email from us with a track and trace number when your order is packed and shipped from us.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

You can pay with VISA, Mastercard, Netbanking, Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, GPay, Paytm and PayPal.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM TO YOU?

If you want to return one or more items, do the following:

  1. Pack the returned item(s) in the original packaging, with Brand Tags and Price Tags in place.
  2. Opt for the return option on your order page or call us on +91-9346577982 and we will do the rest for you.
  3. The return parcel will be picked up from the same delivery address.
  4. Once we receive the parcel, the return amount will be refunded to the card you used for payment. In case of cash on delivery, we refund the amount to your account via Google Pay or Paytm.

I HAVE RECEIVED AN ITEM WITH ERRORS, WHAT DO I DO?

If you have received an item or several items with errors, please send us an e-mail with the following: Your order number, description of the error and pictures of the error. You send your inquiry to: rovingmode@icloud.com - Once we have received your e-mail, we will contact you withing 24hrs, to resolve your case.

I AM IN DOUBT ABOUT THE SIZE, WHAT DO I DO?

If you are in doubt about what size, we recommend that you use our size guide. You will find the size guide under each product as well as at the bottom of our website under the tab "Information". If you are still in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us, we are happy to help.

To use your discount, please first make sure that you have copied all the right alphabets and numbers, with no space. If it still doesn’t work, please contact the Email rovingmode@icloud.com
