You will receive a tracking number by email and SMS once the product has been dispatched. This can also be found in the 'My Account' section on the website as well as in the footer.
Within India, we adopt a 15-day return policy as long as the returned product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags. If a certain style is NOT eligible, it is tagged as 'Sale' on the product page itself.
Note: International orders are not eligible for return.
You can get a full refund in your back account or store credit voucher for the amount you have paid towards the returned products for all purchases.

Once you have submitted your return request, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled. You will receive a refund for the amount of the style/s returned.
For domestic orders: 7 to 10 working days.
Currently we do not accept returns on sale products and all international orders.

Products purchased on a higher discount and on the Sale page are not eligible for return/exchange.
We would require you to send an image or a video of the damage to our Customer team via WhatsApp on +91 8686003530 or email it to us on hello@rovingmode.com within 24hrs of delivery and we will schedule a pick up. Post assessment of the returned product, the refund for the same will be processed.

Roving Mode’s 15-days returns policy gives you an option to return or items purchased from the website for any reason within 15 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.
